vienna.

well, it's been a month since i was in the lovely country of austria. so i thought i'd finally share my photos from my short but wonderful trip to vienna! this city exceeded all of my expectations. it's such a beautiful city of culture and much different than the little town of schladming.the Schonbrunn palace.look at that view!!i couldn't believe the view. i was amazed.christmas market at the rathaus.the Hofburg palace.the shopping streets-all decorated for christmas!St.Stephen's cathedral.definitely the most amazing church i had been in.Wiener Riesenrad, the 120 year old ferris wheel.found a little piece of home on a screen of a building. :)the view from the top of the ferris wheel.i thought the amusement park looked like disneyland.St.Peter's church.the back of the Hofburg palace.the Blue Danube.

a glimpse into salzburg.

we got the chance to go to Salzburg for the winter market. the market was super busy but it was so Christmas-y. and it was snowing! what a wonderful winter wonderland.

this town just doesn't stop being beautiful. and the snow just adds to it and makes it more magical.

munich.

a group of 13 of us went to munich for travel weekend. it truly was a great weekend. the weather was fantastic and the group of us stayed in one hostel room and had a great time. here are some photos from that weekend.

hallstatt.

i got the lovely opportunity to go to hallstatt again. first time was blue sky and warm weather, this time was overcast, a little rainy and cold. but it is still a lovely little town. we got to spend the day there and wander through the main street there. much more than i got to do the first time. it was a great time to spend with my roommates in a different place than our room back at tauernhof.
